WHAT IS EPC COMPLIANCE

Energy Performance Certificate

An EPC (or Energy Performance Certificate) is an energy efficiency rating for all buildings. The result of the assessment gives a rating between A and G – with A being the most efficient and G being the least.

It is a legal requirement for buildings to have an EPC assessment carried out every 10 years, and they need to be carried out by an accredited EPC consultants such as Compliant EPC Ltd.
