Proving Energy Consultancy Throughout Unprecedented Times
2020 has been a big year for Compliant EPC despite all the craziness going on in the world right now!
Even though the world seems to be changing and times are becoming stranger by the day, we as a business have continued to push forward and thrive despite the hurdles we are all facing. We firmly believe this is a result of our positive and adaptive approach to our services, customers and staff.
Invest in your staff
In line with government guidance on COVID-19, we have recently faced some challenges to say the least – Most of our domestic surveying had to come to a holt and all staff were asked to work from home. However, this didn’t stop us pushing forward, computers, plotters, white boards and webcams, they all came with us to ensure we could still provide the highest level of service even though we had to leave our nice new offices for a while!
Just this week we have moved back into the office (abiding by the COVID guidelines) and even though everything is a little unknown right now, we have just taken on a new member of staff who is commencing on our training program to become fully qualified and competent energy consultant, ready to serve your every need! After the large influx in work demand we have seen recently, this will be a welcomed extra pair of hands to give a little more capacity to our team.
A positive environment
We’ve have recently moved into new office premises, remodelled our branding and gave the company a fresh new look to match our dynamic approach to energy consultancy.
We have designed our office in a way that creates a desirable, fun and modern working environment for all the staff to enjoy. It has already become apparent that this maximises productivity and the working mood of our team – We even managing to play the odd game of table tennis on our dinner break which really does lighten the mood on those tough days!
We have strong beliefs that this elevated environment is a big part of our continued success and growth. Each and every member of staff enjoys coming to work and has there potential maximised by the surroundings they are in on a daily basis.
Marketing is key
The new logos and branding reflect our modern, yet professional image and we have finally got these up on the walls, new clothing has been embroidered, our vehicles are currently being sign-written and we have lots of new branded merchandise ready to distribute out to our customers from pens to lanyards, mouse mats to mugs!
Overall, we have pushed from strength to strength since the day we began, even throughout these tough times, all of which is a result of our team, our ethos and our customer focused approach.
