Below, you will find the various documentation we use to collect data on a variety of different sites. We uses these to carry out many of our services.

SBEM Assessment (Simplified Building Energy Modelling)

    L2A SBEM – If you require a Commercial EPC for a non-domestic newly constructed building.

    L2B SBEM – If you require a EPC for a non-domestic pre existing building.

SAP Assessment (Standard Assessment Procedure)

    SAP (DFLEX) – If you require a SAP Calculation for extensions.

     SAP L1B – If you require a SAP Calculation for conversions.

    SAP L1A – If you require a SAP Calculation for new builds.
