Needed an assessment very quickly and within 48 hours my property was assessed and reported. Can’t fault these people, helpful phone line and efficient assessors.

Excellent service – I needed an EPC on a commercial property but wanted to hold off until some substantial work was complete which would improve the rating. Tom carried out the survey two days after the work was finished.

A day later my new tenants were about to sign a lease and my solicitor reminded me the EPC was needed at that time. I asked Cory if he could help, I received the EPC later that day.

If you need an EPC certificate doing without any fuss then this is the company to go to. I was too busy to be there in person so I left a key. Everything was done to my satisfaction and my certificate was provided in less than 24 hours after my appointment. I tried to book for a Wednesday which was not available however I was squeezed in the day before which was very helpful.

We have used Compliant EPC a few times now and have also passed on their details for our clients to contact them direct. I can honestly say that the service is excellent. Always quick to respond, reasonably priced, upload the new EPC online straight away and are very professional at all times. We definitely recommend them
